Hello Readers,

This is Alok Garia, the admin of this blog. In today’s blog we will discuss about a major problem for the newbie who have purchased desktop computer recently, and have noticed that when they are inserting audio cables to the front panel audio jack the audio cable is not detecting. There was a day when i have also faced the same problem and also fixed it properly. So In this blog we will discuss about the trick that how to fix that problem. Follow the below steps carefully to fix the problem successfully.
 

Steps :

Step 1 :
Turn on your computer and open the control panel. The icon of the control panel will look like the below image.



Step 2 :
On the top right corner set the view by option to Category and then open Hardware and Sound. A screenshot is given below.
Step 3 :
Now select the Realtek HD Audio Manager option . A screenshot is given below.
Step 4 :
Now a new tab will open.  In the newly opened tab click on the Devices and Advance setting option. A screenshot is given below.
Step 5 :
A new tab will open . In the newly opened tab check on the box same as the below given screenshot. And then click on ok button. A screenshot is given below.


Step 6 :

Now click on the folder icon at top right corner which is situated just below the Device Advance Setting option. A screenshot pointing that icon is given below.
Step 7 :

A new window will open. Now check on the both boxes on the newly opened window as shown in the below screenshot.
Thats all, after  completion of the above step successfully you will be able to use the front panel audio and mic jack.
